Swifty Apple & Kola our own brand of schnapps;

Schnapps is a term used to describe a strong alcoholic beverage.  The word Schnapps is derived from the German word "Scnaps" a low German noun that means "swallow".

Our Swifty Schnapps come in two flavours Apple & Cola.  The name came about when after a hard days work the two Slattery lads decided to go for a drink.  One said to the other "lets go for a swift one...... " and following a few swift one's and watching the trends at the time "Swifty" was taken from an idea into production.
